Does AccuScreener identify duplicate references?

Yes. AccuScreener includes a built-in Duplicate Detection feature that identifies duplicate references after citations are uploaded.

Duplicate detection can be configured in two modes:

  1. Auto mode: AccuScreener automatically detects and marks duplicate references upon upload, minimizing the need for manual review.
  2. Manual mode: AccuScreener identifies and flags potential duplicates for you to review and confirm.
Recommendation: Use Auto mode for larger citation sets to streamline duplicate detection, and Manual mode when you prefer to review potential duplicates before confirming them.
