Which file types does AccuScreener support?
AccuScreener supports the following file formats for uploading citations:
- Excel (.xlsx), required columns: ID, Author, Year, Title, Journal, Abstract, DOI, and Article Type. Optional columns include: Vol, Issue, Pages, and PMCID. At least one row must have all required columns filled.
- RIS (.ris): Key field includes ID, Author, Year, Title, Journal, Abstract, DOI and Article Type.
- NBIB (.nbib): Key field includes ID (PMID), Author, Year, Title, Journal, Abstract, DOI and Article Type.
