What is the validity of my subscription?

SYMPRO subscriptions are annual and are based on the selected plan, not on how much you use the platform. Your subscription remains active for the full subscription period, while credits are consumed separately based on tool usage.           

 Current subscription plans are:                                                                    

 - Student: $0 annual subscription with a 14-day trial period              

 - Professional: $49 annual subscription with a 14-day trial period           

 - Enterprise: $1500 annual subscription with a 1-month trial period           

 - Academic: $499 annual subscription with a 1-month trial period            

 If you start a subscription during the trial period, any remaining trial credits are carried forward. Subscription plans also include bonus credits as follows:                                       

 - Enterprise: 25,000 bonus credits                           

 - Academic: 50,000 bonus credits                            

 - Professional: 5,000 bonus credits                          

 - Student: 0 bonus credits
