How can I give access to a team member as an Admin/Non-admin to SYMPRO AI?

To update a team member's administrative rights:

  • Log in to SymproAI and navigate to the Users section.
  • Locate the team member from the user list.
  • Click the "Is Admin" switch to grant or revoke admin privileges.

When the "Is Admin" switch is turned on (blue), the user has full administrative rights. The Users section also displays each member's email address and last login date, helping admins monitor team activity. New users can be added at any time by clicking the "Add User" button, subject to the user seat limit of your current subscription plan.
