How can I enable/disable a team member’s access to SYMPRO AI?
To manage a team member's access:
- Log in to SymproAI and navigate to the Users section.
- Locate the team member from the user list.
- Click the "Is Disabled" switch to enable or disable their access.
When the "Is Disabled" switch is turned on (blue), the user's access is revoked. Clicking it off restores their access. Their account and associated data remain intact regardless of their access status.
