My input Excel file for the search strategy (reviewed version) is not working.

If your Excel file fails to upload or process correctly, check the following:

•       Column structure: The file must contain exactly three columns in this order “Step, Description, and Search Strategy”. Do not rename, reorder, or delete any of these columns.

•       No empty required fields: All three columns must be populated for every row. Rows with missing values will cause an error.

•       Template integrity: Do not add extra columns, merge cells, or apply special formatting to the file.

File format: Ensure the file is saved in .xlsx format (not .xls or .csv).
