Why are uploaded PDFs unable to auto-match with the citation selected for the full-text screening?

Auto-matching in AccuSynthesis is based on a specific file naming convention. For the system to correctly link an uploaded file to its corresponding citation, the file name must follow the required format:

ID_Author_Year.extension

•       The ID at the beginning of the file name is the key identifier, it must exactly match the citation ID associated with that study in your AccuSynthesis project. If the ID is missing or does not correspond to a citation in your project, the file will not be automatically linked.

•       Supplementary files for the same study can also be uploaded using the suffixes _SUPP1, _APPENDIX1, or _DATASET1 (e.g., 8719696_Jarius_2008_SUPP1.pdf). Up to 3 supplementary files per citation ID are permitted.

Before uploading, ensure all your files are renamed to conform to the ID_Author_Year format.
